What's included in your plan:

Lawn Mowing

Lawn Mowing Service is performed on a weekly basis. Mower blades are kept sharp & mowing patterns are alternated to promote healthy turf growth. This service includes mowing, fine trimming around obstacles, & blowing the pavement clean.

Weed Pulling

Weed Pulling Service includes hand pulling any of the existing weeds from your mulch beds. This will help prevent weed seeds from spreading & sprouting. Any weeds unable to be pulled by hand will be sprayed with a no selective weed spray.

Bed Pre-Emergent​

Bed Pre-Emergent is a granular weed application spread in the plantings & mulch beds. Weed pre-emergents help to reduce & slow weed growth significantly. This application is spread in Spring & recommended to be applied after fresh mulch.

Spring Clean Up​

Spring Clean Up Services typically take place in March & April. This service includes removing leaves, sticks, & debris from the property, and cutting back perennials or ornamental grasses. Upon request, Bed Edging & Weed Pulling can be scheduled

Spring Bush Trimming​

Spring Bush Trimming Service is ordinarily performed in the late Spring. This service includes trimming all non-flowering bushes & shrubs. Bush Trimming will remove a maximum of 6” of growth.

Cultivation

Cultivation is the process of breaking up and loosening any compacted soil & mulch in the mulch beds. This process optimizes the soil for the retention and absorption of air, water and other nutrients by the plants root system.

Summer Bush Trimming​

Summer Bush Trimming Service is typically performed during the middle of the lawn care season. This service includes trimming all non-flowering bushes & shrubs. Bush Trimming will remove a maximum of 6” of growth.

Fall Leaf Pick Up​

Fall Leaf Pick Up includes routinely removing any fallen leaves from your lawn, as well as clearing any hard surfaces. By performing this service on a regular basis, acidic leaves are kept off your lawn so sunlight & nutrients can reach the soil.

Final Fall Clean Up​

Fall Clean Up Services typically take place in November. This service includes removing leaves, sticks, & debris from the property, and cutting back perennials or ornamental grasses. Upon request, Bed Edging & Weed Pulling can be scheduled

Core Aeration

Core Aeration will help relieve any compaction in the turf. By doing this air & water are able to permeate down throughout the root zone of the turf. This will encourage your lawn to grow overall healthier, stronger, & longer root systems.

Fertilizer & Weed Control​

Our Premium Turf Health Program uses granular fertilizer and targeted liquid weed control to keep your grass free from weeds. Not only will our fertilizer program feed your turf, it also helps condition the soil for long-term sustainable growth.

Spring Tree & Shrub Fertilizer​

Spring Tree & Shrub Fertilizer applications are performed with a dry granular fertilizer. Not only is a tree & shrub fertilizer beneficial, but it is also necessary to promote healthy strong & health growth of plants.

Fall Tree & Shrub Fertilizer​

Fall Tree & Shrub Fertilizer applications are performed with a dry granular fertilizer. Not only is a tree & shrub fertilizer beneficial, but it is also necessary to promote healthy strong & health growth of plants.

CrabGrass Pre-Emergent

A dedicated weed spray will that targets crabgrass will be applied. Depending on the amount of crabgrass, more than one treatment may be needed. This pre-emergent can take up to 14 days for the chemical to take full effect.

Grub Prevention​

Grub Prevention Treatment for the grass will be applied as a preventative. This service usually takes place mid summer, weather depending. If existing grubs are present in the turf, additional curative treatments may be required.
